At New Hope Camp & Conference Center, Inc. you will find more than lodging and meeting space. You will find a unique setting for your event that allows you to educate, inspire, and create a sense of fellowship with your group.

Our Conference Center provides the opportunity for groups to create their own experience. It is the perfect natural setting for Corporate Retreats, University Groups, Healthcare Teams, Meditation Groups, Non-Profits, Company Picnics, Family Reunions, Youth Events, and Weddings. We offer both day and overnight facilities.

How do I book a retreat?

Are buildings reserved for a full day?

Buildings can be reserved from 7am – 5pm. If you require additional time the retreat coordinator will be able to assist you. Evening events must end at 10pm. 

Overnight facilities check in is at 3pm and check out is 12pm. 

Do the facilities come set up with all supplies for day or overnight camp use?

Each building has a variety of basic resources. The retreat coordinator will provide you with this information and a list of items that you will need to bring.

Does your facility provide meals for retreats?

We offer a variety of meal packages for your group. Based on numbers we are able to determine the type of meal that would be the best fit for your group needs. General Information on Meal Service

Do you have RV hook up?

We do not offer rental for camping and no RV is allowed on the property for accommodation. Tent camping is only available with a building rental. Contact the retreat coordinator for more details. 

Can I tour the buildings before I book a retreat?

Yes we offer a tour of camp by appointment only. Please contact the office at 919-942-4716 to schedule a tour. The property is open to tour our buildings between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. 

When do I have to pay for my retreat?

The deposit and signed contract are due 21 calendar days after confirmation. The final payment is due 7 business days prior to the event. 

Can alcohol be served at my event?

Yes. An alcohol waiver must be signed and a $200 refundable deposit must be paid at time of booking. Based on your event you may be required to provide liability insurance. All private parties must pay this deposit. Wine and Champagne may be served. We do NOT allow beer or liquor on premises. Drugs are prohibited on site. It is up to the group leaders to enforce this policy. Groups using alcohol without permission and/or drugs will be asked to leave the premises immediately with no refund of deposits. Smoking is prohibited in all buildings on the camp grounds. The primary designated outdoor smoking areas are the front and back fire circles.  

Can my group use the pool?

Groups may swim at times specified on their contract. By requesting to use the facility and signing the rental agreement, the group leader releases the camp from all liability associated with swimming & waterfront use. Charges applied for pool use are for those who enter the pool area. For the purpose of supervision the group leader or a responsible adult must be in the pool area during your group’s pool activities. Please refer to the pool rules online at www.newhopeccc.org.

Can I use the labyrinth?

The outdoor labyrinth is a shared use area. At the time of your reservation please notify the office if your group would like to use the labyrinth. If you would like to use our labyrinth as an individual please contact the office prior to arrival to ensure that it is available. 

Is there a discount for a large group?

If a retreat group uses 3 or more overnight facilities the fee is a flat fee versus a per person fee for specific buildings.
